Additional bedrooms include Bedroom 1 with a Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 offering both a Twin Bed and a Double Bed, Bedroom 3 furnished with a Queen Bed, and a Loft providing an additional Twin Bed. Each thoughtfully designed bedroom contributes to the villa’s serene atmosphere, complemented by cozy interior design and central heating. Independent entertainment is facilitated with TVs in each bedroom.

The villa is equipped with five well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. The master bedroom’s ensuite bathroom features a bathtub or shower and toilet. Bathrooms 1, 2, and 3 each include a toilet and a shower. An outdoor shower by the pool adds a refreshing touch, and a separate WC enhances convenience.

The fully air-conditioned living room provides fantastic views of the sea and islands, including Spetses, Spetsopoula, Dokos, Hydra, Kounoupi, and Ermioni. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people, offering panoramic views. The fully-fitted kitchen, with warm furnishings and spacious work surfaces, includes an electric range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and espresso-cappuccino machine.

For recreation, the lower level hosts a playroom equipped with table tennis, air hockey, darts, and table soccer, along with a large deep freezer. Telephone lines and TV devices on all levels ensure connectivity and entertainment throughout.
